JOB OPPORTUNITY:
Full-Time Receptionist
Position Summary:
Restoration Place Counseling (RPC) seeks to hire a full-time Receptionist-Administrative Assistant who aspires to apply her professional experience in support of RPC's mission and activities. This position is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative and clerical support to the organization, including but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling all first-time appointments, purchasing office supplies, and assisting with facilities management. This position works closely with the Billing Administrator and reports to the Executive Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer main phone line/schedule clients' first appointment
• Warmly greet clients/visitors
• Filing, copying, scanning
• Accurately input and update data using Microsoft Office Suite
• Monitor inventory and purchase office supplies
• Keep office space neat, clean and very organized
• Run errands 1-2x/week
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• A deep interest in the mission and values of RPC
• Self-starter and excellent team player
• Professional, personable, and dependable
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
• Ability to learn quickly, work well under pressure, and complete tasks in a timely manner
